Returns and Exchanges Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your SÉMPE purchase. If you are not entirely happy, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process based on the guidelines below.
Eligibility for Return or Exchange
- Return Window: You have 14 calendar days from the date you received your order to initiate a return or exchange.
- Condition: Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags still attached. Items must be returned in their original packaging.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange (Required)
To register your return or exchange and ensure a smooth process, you must first notify us via email:
- Email Us: Send an email to info@sempe.co.uk within the 14-day window.
- Subject Line: Please use the subject line: Return Request - [Your Order Number] or Exchange Request - [Your Order Number].
- In the Body: Include your full name, your order number, the item(s) you wish to return/exchange, and the reason.
- Confirmation: We will reply with confirmation and the required return address details. Please do not send items back until you have received this confirmation.
Exchanges
If you require a different size or colour of the same item, please follow these steps:
- Availability Check: Indicate the specific size/colour you wish to exchange for in your email to info@sempe.co.uk. We will confirm if the requested item is available.
- Processing: Once your original item is received and inspected (must meet all eligibility criteria), we will process the exchange and ship the replacement item to you.
- Shipping Costs: The cost of shipping the original item back to us is paid by the customer. However, SÉMPE will cover the standard shipping cost to send the replacement item back to you once the exchange is approved.
- Refund for Unavailable Items: If the requested item for exchange is unavailable, we will automatically process a refund for the item instead.
Return Postage
- Customer Responsibility: All shipping costs associated with returning an item for a refund or an exchange are the sole responsibility of the customer.
- Tracking: We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as SÉMPE is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Processing Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification.
- If the item meets all eligibility criteria, your refund will be processed promptly.
- The refund will be credited back to your original method of payment. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank's processing times.
- The original shipping charges paid on your order (if any) are non-refundable.
